The practice has undergone a few minor changes. We have a new dispensary, just off the waiting room. We can now provide a quiet room for owners to have as much time and privacy as they need, to come to terms with difficult decisions, or the sadness of a pet’s death.
We also aim to further limit exposure to infectious disease by admitting those animals we suspect may be ill with something contagious, through an alternative entrance, to be seen by the vet in a separate room.
As time goes on we will continue to work on ideas and ways to further implement recommendations by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons and the British Veterinary Association.

We are supporting “Making Winter Warmer For Those Without” by collecting used dog coats and fleece blankets in good condition to be distributed the homeless people in the North East for their dogs.

Congratulations to Gemma and Leanne on the safe arrival of their babies. Gemma will be returning to work early 2015.
